Shipping policy

Once payment is confirmed, Sunsha will aim to process and dispatch the order within 1 business day, except in exceptional cases of stock shortage, logistical delay or any other factor beyond our control.
All orders sent via courier include a tracking number, which will be provided to the customer as soon as the order has been dispatched.
Delivery times are indicative and depend solely on the courier and the destination address. Sunsha accepts no responsibility for delays, losses or operational failures attributable to the courier, although it undertakes to provide reasonable support in tracking the order.
