14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU.

How to withdraw from your contract

You do not need to log in. To exercise your right, simply notify us of your decision by means of an unequivocal statement, indicating your name and the order reference, in one of the following ways:

1. By e-mail (available at any time)
Send your statement to geral@soka.pt. We will confirm receipt of your request by e-mail, without delay.

2. In your customer account
If you have an account, you can access your orders and request the cancellation or return directly. You will automatically receive a confirmation e-mail.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision; the reimbursement may be withheld until we have received the returned goods or proof that they have been sent. The goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you communicate your withdrawal. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer. The refund may be reduced if the goods show any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
