14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU.

To exercise this right online, log in to your customer account and select the relevant order:

The process takes place in two steps: first you provide your name and the order reference, then you confirm the withdrawal request. You will automatically receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your request.

Other ways to exercise this right

You may also communicate your decision to withdraw by means of an unequivocal statement sent by e-mail to geral@soka.pt, indicating your name and order number. We will confirm receipt of your request by e-mail.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision; the reimbursement may be withheld until we have received the returned goods or proof that they have been sent. The goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you communicate your withdrawal.
